The American dream belongs to many women, but not all of them want to move to New York. On the other side of the United States of America, on the west coast, the most popular destination is Los Angeles: the Californian capital has so much to offer for those who dream of embarking on a glamorous career and a super healthy lifestyle.
Moving to Los Angeles is well worth it, and not only because it is there that lives and teaches yoga the mother of Meghan Markle (but it is rumored that he wants to move to London to stay closer to his daughter). And if in New York the culture of fast food breaks out, Los Angeles is instead the home of super healthy lifestyle, yoga and vegan food par excellence. “I took a holistic lifestyle after meeting my current boyfriend here in LA. There are yoga centers literally in every corner – reveals Egith van Dinther – at the beginning I was skeptical but over time I found incredible benefits. Work outs, detox feeding, outdoor jousts and meditation have become part of my daily routine. I love this lifestyle, it represents who I am and I hope to pass it on to my children tomorrow “.
To motivate the need for long walks in Los Angeles is also (perhaps) the only negative aspect of the Californian capital: the terrible amount of cars in the street. “Walking and taking the metro is strange to everyone here. Meanwhile, the traffic is absurd: once I was stuck for four hours while I went to a casting, I hope the situation will change “. The Los Angeles fashion industry is not far behind: “Everything flows fast. Sometimes, people judge you based on where you live and are not really interested in who you really are. ”
All of this, however, does not detract from any beauty in Los Angeles, indeed, Egith van Dinther is not slow to reassure those who are ready to buy a one-way ticket to California: “It’s amazing how many wonderful people can meet here. This is a creative city, but only the strongest and most motivated survive. And it is exactly by clenching the teeth that one finds oneself to work with the best experts in cinema and fashion “.
